Will Clemons joined DEI in October 2025 as a Hatchery Technician. He earned his degree in Natural Resources Management from Southern Utah University. Before joining DEI, Will worked as a Fisheries Biologist with the U.S. Department of the Interior, gaining hands-on experience in aquatic resource management across Utah and Nevada. An Army veteran, Will brings a strong sense of commitment, teamwork, and a passion for conservation to his role supporting sustainable fisheries and hatchery operations.
