Keane Nunan joined Downeast Institute in 2022 after moving to Jonesport from his home state of Hawaii. Growing up on the island of Maui and spending so much time surrounded by the water led to a deep love for the ocean leading him naturally into the Marine Biology field. He plans to go to the University of Maine at Machias and study Marine Biology and Business.
