Downeast Institute has launched our new Strategic Plan for 2023-2026.
This year ushers in a period of excitement and planning for Downeast Institute. Our newly approved Strategic Plan will guide our work in the categories of marine research, commercial enterprise, community education & science literacy, and organizational vitality. This roadmap creates a guideline for the next three years with an intention to create a foundation for the next three decades.
We honor the fundamental truths that have created the Downeast Institute’s culture since our inception nearly thirty years ago and have outlined the five foundational priorities that will shape our path forward.
